Green Pines Septic & Excavating, Fort Plain, N.Y.

It’s 11 years old, but this pampered Peterbilt septic rig is the pride and joy of Chris Przestrzelski, who owns Green Pines Septic & Excavating with his mother, Pat. Przestrzelski, 30, had always wanted a big Pete hauler, so in 2004 he bought the 1996 chassis built out with a new 3,600-gallon steel tank and R-260D Jurop pump by House of Imports. The truck is powered by a 350-hp Cummins engine married to a 10-speed Eaton-Fuller transmission. The green metallic truck gets a revved-up look with distinctive flames on the hood, chrome 18-inch drop bumper and diamond-plate hose trays. Eye-catching graphics and lettering are done in contrasting colors by Prime Signs of Fultonville, N.Y. Interior creature comforts include CD player, AC and air-ride cab and seats.
