Vanair Acquires Air N Arc

Vanair Mfg. has acquired Air N Arc Inc. of Hiawatha, Kan., and will relocate operations to its manufacturing facility in Michigan City, Ind. Vanair will maintain the current Air N Arc product line and dealer network. It also has retained president Vince Eck, sales manager Dean Strathman and production manager Donnie Stone. Vanair manufactures vehicle-mounted air compressors, generators, multi-drive systems and power take-off technology.

Satellite Industries Enhances Web Site

Satellite Industries has enhanced its Web site, www.satelliteindustries.com, to include Global restrooms and accessories obtained with the acquisition of Hampel Corp. The site also includes product promotions, expanded industry news and a World Class Customer Service program that tracks customer satisfaction with order entry, order fulfillment, delivery and overall product quality.

Crest Precast Launches New Web Site

Crest Precast has launched a new Web site, www.crestprecastconcrete.com, featuring complete product drawings for septic tanks and grease interceptors.

Ohio Approves Puraflo Residential Wastewater System

The Ohio Department of Health and the state’s Sewage Treatment Technical Advisory Committee have approved the Bord na Mona Puraflo Peat Fiber Biofilter wastewater treatment for 2-foot soil depth credit installations.
