Owners Eddy King and Josh McNay added this bright white 2007 Peterbilt 357 vacuum truck built by Pik Rite Inc. as J & E’s fourth septic service vehicle.
The truck has a 4,000-gallon steel tank and Masport 400 water-cooled pump and is powered by a 440-hp Caterpillar C13 engine and an Eaton-Fuller 8 LL transmission. The company prefers the all-white paint scheme for its fleet, which also includes four portable sanitation service trucks. The new ride features aluminum hose trays, Durabrite wheels, plenty of work lights and safety LED lighting around the outside, a stainless steel drop visor and graphics by Morris Signs of Waynesburg, Pa. The interior sports leather air-ride seats, air conditioning and cruise control. The rig is used for residential and commercial hauling.
