Special Feature: Choosing a Tank

A long, long time ago it was a simple world. Vacuum trucks were all the same and there really wasn’t that much choice in the market. But as Bob Dylan so aptly sang back when, “the times they are a changin’.” There are more choices available to the vacuum truck operator than ever before. So let’s take a look at three of the major choices for vacuum tanks: carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Each type has its place in the market and none is going to go away anytime soon.
